Information Security

The Company has established the Information Security Rules, which present our information security policy and management framework, as well as the matters to be observed by all officers and employees of the Company. Under these rules, we are implementing a security management system to systematically plan, execute, review, and improve our measures for maintaining and enhancing information security.

Security Assessments

We conduct security checks and vulnerability assessments of our website, IT systems, and the external cloud services we use, and take measures based on the results to continuously strengthen our information security.
In addition, our parent company, Mitsubishi Corporation, conducts annual reviews using an IT Checklist to assess compliance with MC Group IT Standards and to monitor IT risks. We are committed to maintaining and enhancing the management system standards required by the Mitsubishi Corporation Group.

Strict Management of Personal Information

We have established the Privacy Policy on the management of personal information. All employees recognize that personal information is important data that must be handled carefully and appropriately. We comply with applicable laws and regulations and relevant guidelines of competent authorities concerning personal information, and handle personal information held by the Company carefully and appropriately.

Education and Training

We regularly provide employees with information security e-learning programs and conduct simulated training for dealing with increasingly sophisticated cyberattack emails. Through these programs, we are steadily enhancing the security awareness of each employee.
